Do we see a proof before anything is printed?
Always. We return the full layout with your final wording, and nothing goes to the machine until you approve it. Every name, honorific, date and venue line is read back with you at that stage — a wedding card is the one print job that cannot be quietly reprinted later.
How many cards should we order?
Count households rather than guests, then add spares — for photographs, for keepsakes and for the invitations you will decide to send after the list is closed. Tell us the number you have in mind and we will show you what changes between a digital run and an offset run at that quantity.
How long will our cards take?
It depends on what you choose: a straightforward digital run moves quickly, while foiling, boxing and large offset runs need longer. Tell us the date you need them in hand and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit to anything.
We already have a design — can you just print it?
Yes. Send the files and our design division will check them for print before anything runs. If the artwork needs bleed, resolution or fonts corrected we will prepare it properly; if you would rather start from nothing, we design wedding artwork from scratch as well.
Can the menus, place cards and thank-you cards match the invitation?
That is the usual request, and it is the reason to order everything in one place. The same stock, typeface and foil are carried across the whole suite, and matching items can often be scheduled alongside the invitation run rather than ordered again months later.
